Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tsp Milk
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add sugar and oil to a mixing bowl and stir well.
- Add egg, milk, pumpkin, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Stir dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet bowl and combine until just incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 Minutes
- Let cool for about 10 minutes.
- You're all done!
