Apple Almond Bars
- 3 Cups Water-Only Pancake Mix
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 1/2 Tsp Almond Extract
- 3 Apples- Peeled, cored, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
- Preheat Oven to 350F and prepare a 13x9 baking pan with tin foil.
- Coat pan with cooking spray.
- Combine pancake mix, almond flour, and sugar.
- Stir in milk and almond extract.
- Transfer batter to pan.
- Put apples on top in even layers.
- Brush apples with butter.
- Top with slivered almonds.
- Bake 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 20 minutes.
