I don't personally follow it, but I know the main character of the hit novel Dracula is named Jonathan Harker or something like that. And Gligar/Gliscor has lil vampire fangs! This is a Gliscor, but I've been keeping with the theme of using the original sprites from the region the Pokemon originates from, and it's too late to really change that now, so here's a baby photo I guess.
