Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Room Temperature Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mix until combined. I separate dough and add food dye at this stage.
  • Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
  • Let dough sit at room temperature for 10 minutes while you preheat to 375F.
  • Roll out dough onto a floured surface about 1/3-1/4 inch thick.
  • Cut out with cookie cutters:)
  • Place a couple inches apart on the lined baking sheets.
  • Bake about 8-10 minutes or until they're very slightly golden around the edges.
  • Cool completely!
  • You're all done!
