Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tsp Milk
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add sugar and oil to a mixing bowl and stir well.
  • Add egg, milk, pumpkin, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  • Stir dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet bowl and combine until just incorporated.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by large spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 Minutes
  • Let cool for about 10 minutes.
  • You're all done!
